Message I had a negative experience with Z1 where I placed an order, paid for expedited shipping and handling and was never told that it was not in stock, I had my credit card charged immediately and felt like I had to come on to TT. net to resolve. I bear Z1 no ill will; they are a business, and as a business I expect them to operate in an efficient and professional manner, when they don't I think the public and Z1's customers have a right to know. What if people applied the same standard to other companies/industries? Never say anything bad (at least publicly) about a company; that's ridiculous. To me it takes more cojones to say something to someones face than behind their back. Publicly versus privately in regard to a company that trades openly with the public. Z1 obviously has someone growing pains and QC issues, but "keeping it quiet; don't embarass them" will not help them improve their business processes.

One negative aspect of publicly voicing a complaint is that some affected employees take it personally and respond negatively to the customer. I felt this was the case and as such I am hesitant to trade with Z1 again; this is the equivalent of complaining in a restaurant and then never returning for the fear that the cook will spit in your food! Not good for Z1.

When I complained several people reccomended "Coz"; When I decided to purchase a JWT popcharger for my son's car I used "Coz" (Concept Z). My experience with them was excellent; they under-promised and over-delivered, which as a business owner and a customer you always want to happen. This purchase would have gone to Z1 except for the aforementioned issues. Once again, not good for Z1. I
